Alan Greco
Alan Greco is a fragrance industry veteran with true entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding business savvy. Prior to co-founding BMG, Greco co-founded Paul Sebastian, developing the fragrance, packaging and marketing strategy. From an organization that started with two people, Greco grew the firm to over 125 employees and turned a minimal investment into a $40 million dollar company. After the company was sold to a national investment group, Alan Greco remained as President of Paul Sebastian, Inc. His exceptional operational prowess resulted in the purchase of Nautica fragrance; developed Embrace by Mark Cross, Jones New York and Cigar Aficionado as well as increasing sales to $90 million. Today, Alan Greco sits on the Board of Directors of Monmouth Medical Center, Monmouth University and in 1988 received the New Jersey Business Journal Entrepreneur of the Year award.
